Nah man, 0/0 is just infinity, the amount of zeros is more than the amount of bytes the whole internet is!

or if you use logic you get infinity bacause you are splitting 0 into 0 parts so instead of getting smaller it gets bigger

Simply 0 decided by any number is 0 and any number decided by itself is 1, logically it can't be both so undefined
