Why not draw? King and Knight versus King and Knight without any pawns

Look at this game: lichess.org/iPiEePsJ/white

Should be draw - there is no possibility for check-mate, isn't it? Unfair opponent continued playing - and win the game ;-)

Is there something wrong with lichess here???
Lichess goes by FIDE rules, which state:

9.6 The game is drawn when a position is reached from which a checkmate cannot occur by
any possible series of legal moves. This immediately ends the game, provided that the
move producing this position was legal.

Since there is the possibility (with cooperation from your opponent) to mate with the material on the board, the game does not end in a draw automatically.

@Turris66 in future situations like this, make trade knights or make your knight die so it is a draw.
@Vertonghen oh thank you ;-) - but I tried to do that of course, but opponent refused changing and beating pieces, because he had some seconds more on clock. His aim was to win without any real possibility. So this is what I mean - a great piece of unfairness. I really wonder that comments do not understand. In real-life-tournament it would be draw - but in online-chess there is a treasure-island for unfairness.
@Knight04 @Lord-Damianson : And what happened if your opponent plays with king and two knights (without any pawn), and you play just with your naked king? Will the match be continued, because two-knights-check-mate is "possible" even there??? I do not know any tournament in real life, where this happened.
