can someone explain? is there a reason? it doesn't make much sense to me, since it's a very useful feature when you're low on time.

i do, there is not a single good argument for not making multiple premoves an option. i havent seen one. it's useful when you have little time left and are in a winning endgame.

Ya I agree with it too...But if players were allowed for multiple premoves , ultrabullet will be total chaos.

Chess.com takes 0.1 secs per premove always lichess does not and with lag comp you could play 100 moves in 0 time or even negative time
So maybe if there was a time penalty for premoves then yes

Keyboard binding is how people do it. You can see videos on youtube. Ultrabullet is insane. If you get paired with one of these people its impossible to win.

Bad reflexes happens on both sites, but the ability to win while being in 0.1 sec is Lichess-only
