Isn't this a disadvantage in bullet games? I"ve seen videos where people make more than 1 premove. Is there really no way to premove more than 1 time?

It's not allowed in Lichess. There used to be a Multi-premove extension available on Chrome Web Store, but Lichess banned it. It's available on Chess.com, though.
Lichess has zero time premoves while cc's double premoves all cost time on the clock. different restrictions and advantages
Lichess could make a double premove function. I hope Lichess reads this forum.

Why did Lichess ban the multi premove extension?
They (and KB) were tolerated for long but eventually admins decided it deranges fast chess and deters too many people so they banned it. And it's the same for everyone else so you're not at any disadvantage
