Where is the setting to remove the lag compensation?

@MasterTactics
"Antilag is definetely one of the best tools of Lichess, which puts it ahead of the rest." - that is true for slower time modes.

"Would you really feel ok playing ultrabullet without antilag even though some of your opponents would be HEAVILY handicapped?" - yes I would. There are countless blind players in OTB chess who play against people with vision. Some of them even reach TITLES. Lag compensation is like expecting a blind person's opponent also to play blindfold - which would be massively unfair because the other person is not used to playing blind.

Compensation of any kind doesn't belong into sports.

@clousems It is very relevant. You have never experienced playing Ultrabullet against a lagger. If you did, you would be able to see the issue from every perspective.

@MasterTactics

what a terrible strawman.

"The falacious ways you try to impose yourself and discredit others opinions is noted." - I discredit his opinion not because he has a second account, but because HE HAS NEVER PLAYED ULTRA. How and why do you form an opinion on someone you have no idea about, have never experienced and does not affect you AT ALL?

@HyperCloxy does not want his opponents to be handicapped. He would also prefer them not lagging and having good connection to the servers. But he doesn't want to be handicapped himself, which is completely reasonable.

I'm also only suggesting removing LagComp in HYPER and ULTRA. Blitz and everything else is barely affected by it and it is not so easy to abuse it.

"As the point was clear in message #1, the person just wanna all advantages for him/herself. There is no sense arguing about this anymore." - Again, he does not want any advantage, but he doesn't want a disadvantage because of other people.
