There is a slight glitch in the puzzle rating when you play on both mobile and on a computer.

I just realised that my puzzle rating is still 1918 after I solved a puzzle on my phone which was to give me +12. This can be seen on my activity page where I am now rated 1930. Will this synchronise later or have I discovered a glitch?

There are some issues with PC and mobile app. For example sometimes you solve the same puzzles twice; first you get the points twice but then they are subtracted after synchro.

If the app is buffering strangely, uninstalling then reinstalling it often helps. (Recommended before updating.)

That said, if you have a reasonably new mobile device — for example, I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 (about a year old) — then there’s no need for the app. It should work perfectly right in your browser. This is not to knock the app, but … once I got a device that no longer needed it, I haven’t looked back. 🙂
