Can confirm, deleting the app and reinstalling from App Store fixed the problem for me.

Same here. The app shows I’m offline. I can only play if I log into the computer
My friend started to have the same problem after updating to ios 15. He's able to start a game, but the app shows he is offline thus it's not possible to make a move, the game gets aborted with warning and 10 minute ban.
Same problem. Solved. Solution? Eliminate the app and download and install again. It works.
