Yesterday I logged in using my another computer, there was nothing in the lobby where you can see people created standard games, or three check or other games. And I tried to quick match a classical, no one join the game (still says "71010 players, 24387 games"). Is it because my new computer or is it just a bug?
it is because you are banned from lichess for violating the TOS.

when you are banned, you can only play against other banned people.
