From that game I cannot conclude anything, normalish development moves, fairly equal position then his opponent blundered twice, although g6 was not a great move in the first place for black.

He's played a fair amount of slower time controls where I'd expect to see a general higher standard, and I can't see any other immediate perfect games but maybe there are some from earlier.
