I have experienced the following several times within weeks or months:
In mutual time-trouble (3+2) the app simply doesn’t let me move. I see the opponents move happen but somewhat I am not able to answer. The last move of the opponent keeps highlighted until time-out. Usually there are a few seconds left for both (before).
Anyone had this problem, too?
