I don't understand I'm switching to another app on my phone while my adveesaire is thinking but without closing the site page of course and when I come back to the site I've lost the game while I have time left! ! I don't understand!!. there are definitely a lot of bugs to correct on this site!!

Maybe it is concerned that the other app might be an engine or you are getting some sort of outside assistance? Just a guess.
Many mobile devices disconnect background tabs (probably to save energy or data volume or whatever)

A chess player should be pondering instead of waiting or changing apps.
My average moves take about 3 seconds per move.
I never thought others would find other things to do in-between my moves.
It's not a bug but a feature when a person leaves the chessboard. Think of it like getting invited to play a chess game at a friends house, and while you wait for their move, you get up and go outside to talk to the neighbor. You do this a few times and finally you get locked out of the house. Think about it ... @Bibi47

depends on the "death message" (lol no, you know how it says how you lost)-if it says cheat detected, ur guess is right, if "time" or "disconnected", it depens how long it takes you to transfer-1 minute? maybe ur opponent claimed win. against me its 75 second wait
