And you can use https://www.openingtree.com to see the games of a specific player.
As for the ECO, you can search, filter etc. the games yourself with your favorite program. PGNs are available at:
https://database.lichess.org
or https://lichess.org/team/lichess-elite-database if you are looking for something more manageable (10-11 million games).
ok nice thank you for openingtree suggestion I didn't know ... but I'm looking for an online database ... if I want to know quickly how many games carlsen played B91 on chessgames.com it's easier to navigate and see 7 games and which one was the shortest win that's all the feature I'm looking for ... I think a lot of user would love it to all integrated ...
Why not to do it I don't understand ... Someone did an eco puzzle database but for mac user he didn't explain the way to do it ... all those feature are available on other site like chesstempo.com make it easier to do puzzle by eco

it's just the way you ask the database and show a list of games available to user. @bufferunderrun

Also the eco feature, it's all integrated in chessbase software since the beginning of the software ...
