You know that is the purpose of Lichess Feedback, right? Users who have bugs, questions, or suggestions post here so moderators and developers can potentially answer those questions (if they aren't clear-cut), fix those bugs, or accept/deny those suggestions.

The elo can't really be measured since these are only estimate ratings. The only way to measure elo is to pair it up with a pool of players with elo ratings, which obviously won't happen. Plus, computers can't really have elo ratings. They don't play consistently, therefore their rating may fluctuate.
