Created a utility (windows exe) that would do as specified in the subject.

Example:

My FIDE rating is below 1000, because my national rating is 700.
Lichess rating is extremely inflated, try decreasing 1200 points to your rating to have an idea.

For what it's worth, in a pool of the same players under the same conditions, etc. Glicko-2 and Elo ratings should be approximately the same...

So the estimator is actually converting from lichess to FIDE, not from Glicko-2 to Elo.

I looked at some of your blitz rating here in Lichess and I can see that you should be above 1000 elo.

My blitz Glicko2 is around 2100, RD 80.

That can be.

I threw in some numbers and for me personally it seems fairly accurate (whatever that means).

You have to remember different people think differently.
Some people will greatly improve if you give them time.
Im not one of them though lol.
