Bad display format

When I log into lichess.org, the screen formatting seems broken.
Is there a way to reset or fix this in my browser?
This problem appears in Chrome, but not in Firefox.

I have a screenshot image of the problem, but I don't know how to attach it here.

Check if any of your extensions are causing this. You can use --disable-extensions flag I believe.
Regarding image embeds, you can upload to imgur and post a direct link to the image file, it will expand here.

On that note... I haven't been able to get that to work and can't figure out why. Above comments include a link direct to the image (just a random one I found on the main page) and a link imgur provides for sharing. Neither seems to work. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

First of all, you shouldn't hijack threads. If you have an issue, post it in your own thread.
Secondly, those URLs are not direct links to the image. If you go to the gallery one, right-click on the image there and either pick Copy image address or Open image and then copy the URL, you'll get the link that you need.

Sure, but I would still try disabling the extensions you might have first, since, you know, old ones could get updated and still be the root of the problem here.

This looks like CSS files are not getting loaded. Check for errors in Console (ctrl+shift+i).

I don't think I have any extensions loaded.
There are errors in the console:
