About creating the possibility of exporting several exercises to be solved in a file

I use Lichess a lot to solve various Exercises to study Chess.

But sometimes I go to places where I don't have Internet access and I'm unable to use this Tool to solve the Exercises.

Therefore, I'm requesting that a way be created so that we can import several Exercises into a Database in pgn so that we can solve it in a file reader in this format without needing to consult the Internet for this, as we can already do with the Matches we play or from other players. We can download text or annotation for one or even all matches at once.

This would be very interesting for us to have access to exercise solving materials when we cannot consult the Internet.

I downloaded the entire base into a csv file. But how do I proceed to be able to read the Jigsaws that are in this file? If you can give me information, I would appreciate it.

The file organization of that is by ECO. However, one could filter these by writing a program that reads the pgn files and outputs the type of puzzles desired. For example, the themes for a puzzle are in the pgn tag "Themes".

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about Programming. I only know how to use Lichess to play and I would like to have this Database to solve the Offline Puzzle. I use WinBoard. Would I have an easier way to use this Database?

And with which Software do I open this Database to be able to solve the Jigsaw Puzzles?

I would like to remind you that I am Blind and I am using NVDA to read the Screen.

I appreciate if you can help.
