Is there a legitimate and proven worst chess game (by both players) possible? Like stockfish in reverse? Is there a way to determine the worst moves each turn?

I played bad, got a lost game. Then I won a rook. I played bad, got a lost game, despite one rook up. Then my opponent resigned. This may be my worst game. Maybe my opponent think it was his worst game too as he resigned in a won position. Perhaps this was the worst chess game ever played. I believe i have it preserved in a file somewhere, finding it will not be easy.
