in that case he shouldn't be allowed on the rankings with another account. So I think it's fair to assume it's not Tang.
His 3400 bullet account was not on the list for that reason. (If he makes a new account for whatever target, he needs to inform staff)

Sorting by ratings is definitely not proving that they are the fastest.

I believe the fastest players can be found by looking at the Puzzle Racer Stats. Since there isn't a leaderboard, this is about as good as I could do. A higher number means faster than the others in the list. There were 87 masters and above that participated in puzzle racer.
