Why not rematch?

I’m ok with some rematches, like in bullet chess. But if it’s blitz or longer time controls, I like to analyze. Itsusuable, but some people insist on rematches.

I aks my opponent BEFORE the game. I'm being (I think) a educated guy:

"man, I would like play rematch, 2 or 3 games, all right for you? If not, I will resign right now"

Because I ask to rematch against high rated opponents because I want learn and have chalenge experience.

If that guys dont like play against low rated opponent, dont accept that game, use filter.

My filter are in '+100~oo

and my opponents (that like joking against low rated opponents) dont accept rematch when they figure out the danger. I have some win against 2500 and 2400 players. Maybe with me they realize is too danger joking for many games 3 or 4... I tend adapting little a little, pay more attention, etc..

'That guy cant time or desire analysing.. ' bullshit.. that is all about 'low rated opponent vs high rated opponent'. If my opponents are a low rated I can play rematchs forever! lol

@osdeving8 If it's all about low rated vs high rated then you should remember that you too prefer playing against higher rated opponents. Still though there can be millions of reasons they don't want a rematch, I would expect every now and then someone accept the challenge if you propose it during the first moves of the game, but it's not immoral if they don't. Instead your demand of "rematch or I'll resign" sounds a bit impolite and might provoke players to decline.

Besides, the other thing is that there are literally thousands of players online that are higher rated than you. If one player doesn’t accept a rematch, go onto another player.

@laatikko You are right, my chat is impolite. But that is because people like give excuses by obvious behaviours. of course high rated opponents fear low rated opponents. Carlsen, the best player of world say: 'the clock is ticking and you know you should win, but you cant see nothing' (about play on olympiad)

No funny play against a 200 or 300 poinst below.

The life is more easy when peoples are more direct: Hey guy, i cant play with you because I have no recompense.

In same way my intention is provoke that guys assume his real thinking...

I issue rematch in second move because I know he will dont accept rematch... And my intention is provoke and make my confused high opponents care about yours desires, etc..

Anyway, it is always funny see people hiding yours desires behinde internet...

We cannot forgot players who play against low rated opponents by fun. They trying some different opening or play a4 ou h4 or try scholar mate. That players, when find resilient opponents, tend to think the OBVIOUS: oh, that guy is not too silly, maybe I need play my best or I lost in few games, maybe I'm not want play for serious now...

I'm a joker... Because when I know that, I lost the first games with no resistence to atract my vitim... Interesting because in this case he accept rematch...

@osdeving8 It might be you don't always know how people think, it might be you're only projecting your own thinking to them. Also provocation doesn't show how people really think but only how they react to temporary provocation.

I decline all rematch offers whether I win or lose. I just don't see the point.

My opponent is a random person on the internet and there are thousands of other random people in lichess to play.
