Why is there a question mark (?) next to a rating?
Simply means not enough rated games have been played to establish a reliable rating
Why didn't you just Google "Lichess why is there a '?' next to ratings?"?

There is a question mark next to your rating because you have still not finished enough ranked games against people near your strength. It will go away if you play more rated games.
