Different rating system.
Your blitz rating was 1662. You don't appear to have played a proper game here, ie/ one that involves thought and analysis. Try it, its a lot of fun.
For "real" games, Lichess ratings are at least 300 higher than the other site, maybe more.

There're a few different ways to count points in chess.
Let's see some of them:
1 Ingo system.
2 Harkness system. ...
3 English Chess Federation system.
4 Elo rating system. ...
5 Glicko rating system.
6 Turkey UKD system.
7 USA ICCF system.
Number 4 is universal in chess (and the only one that really matters). You have to play OTB in official tournaments in order to get some rating. This is the rating you see in official games for top GMs (and the rest of the players, no matter if they are titled or not). Online chess servers have different rating systems, and according to this point, you will have different scoring playing on different servers.
But forget ratings. This is just for fun. Ratings in online servers are useless.
Regards.
ratings are relative i.e absolute values means nothing. Basic reason is that chess.com startin values is 1200 and lichess has 1500 and rating system is about zero-sum and hence median will gravitate to starting ratin.
or in other way: Why you think that numbers should be same

chess.com starts at 1000, 1200, 1500, or even 1700, on depending the chess level that the players communicate on their sign-up procedure.
This player has a different rating because both Lichess & chess.com use different rating systems. You can start in zero on a chess server and in 1500 on other and, if the rating systems are the same, eventually you will have the same amount of points.
My ratings are the same on both sites, about 1700 rapid. My blitz is much lower than my rapid, and my bullet much lower than my blitz.
Ratings on Lichess tend to be inflated by a minimum of 300 points.
I just use it as a relative reference point for playing against other players.
@Bellendo Thank You! I want to smack you but it would be animal abuse. Reason I said thanks is because you made my rating points 25 lesser. You're the greatest at advising wrong!

On app you can choose I've heard it has set huge player base before you were allowed to set starting point. So there is huge mass of player who started with 1200.
also difference in rating system if of no significance. Glicko-2 merely introduces a third parameter volatility which allows faster tracking people who are getting weaker/stronger. wont affect the expected level at all.
