why everyone need to enter the code and only join the team

hi i create a team but someone cannot join so i close my team, do you guys know how to enter the code? pls tell me.

Just enter the exact name of team in the code when asked for closing the team.
It is asked so for the confirmation because sometimes the user may press "Close" button accidentally.

Oh! If you are asking for joining then while creating a team , you would have entered a password like something to make your team private , that's why it asks for a code , so just make sure you tell that password to the person who wants to join your team.
If , he's unable to join then he may have reach his maximum limits of joining team.
