Dear friends,
Do you use the WhitePawn app? I am a happy owner of an iChessOne electronic board and I am trying to configure the app with a lichess_org account, unfortunately without success. I keep getting an AuthError error. Has anyone of you encountered a similar problem?

Hey @MarekW78,
The new v2.8.14 fixed the Lichess auth error, I tried "random opponent" and it worked fine but, in my case, I can't challenge Lichess bots (I'm following Maia1, Maia5 and Maia9), whenever I click on "Continue" I keep getting an "Unknown Error" advice and the game does not start (on Lichess site it's registered as "interrupted game"). I'm not sure that's related to WhitePawn app, maybe some Android (I'm on Android 14) setting, I don't know. If you have any suggestions for solving this strange "unknown error" (just for playing bots), I'd really appreciate it. Of course, Chessconnect (the browser extension for Android Kiwi browser and Edge/Chromium for PC Windows) works like a charm but I also really like WhitePawn app. Thanks and all the best.

You are right: it is not possible to start a game with maja1, but maybe try challenging a bot on the lichess website (mobile app or www) and right after game start go back to the board game in the whitepawn app.

I haven't tried this solution yet, but when I get home I'll try it this way: I think it will work because now in the WhitePawn app I can see my games "in progress" (Running2 tab)

The DGT team promised me that Lichess bots are gonna be supported in the next update of the DGT Chess app. For the time being, using Chessconnect seems like a good option. Have you already tried it ? As for WhitePawn app, I'll let you know asap.

I'm not using DGT chess app due I possess iChessOne board. I hope that WhitePawn app will be updated also for other application (boards)

Chessconnect supports the iChessOne board too, non tried it out yet ? Don't you like it ? Regarding WhitePawn, I'm waiting for an update. I'll let you know.
