It is easy! You can learn engineering and coding for 5 years and make a website for your computer by using your knowledge and bam! Your bot is on the internet!

Buy a raspberry pi, under $100 and leave it connected to the internet full time. It won't be as strong as a serious modern desktop, but better than what I was using 15 years ago. And uses very little electricity. Or just run your bot part-time on your laptop, which has the advantage that you can watch the games that it plays and make notes on where it needs work.
