I know there's some discrepancies of around 300-400 reportedly back in 2020, but I think the gap has become closer in recent years, does anyone here knows what it is now?
For example, I hit 1500 rating on chess.com and I am currently stuck at around 1750 on lichess.org, which is 150-200 rating difference compared to the reported 300-400 in previous years, but I am just a single sample, so I'd like to hear more samples.

There are multiple sources aiming to provide relation between chess-com and lichess ratings but their actual usefulness is questionable at best. The thing is that if you look more closely at those which provide also the analysis used, the conclusion is that rather than "chess-com rating X corresponds to lichess rating Y", you should understand the result as "if your chess-com rating is X, there is a good chance your lichess rating would be between Y-200 and Y+200". But that's not what people want to hear...

I used to get 2100 on lichess and about 1300 on chess.com. Now I am getting ~1500 on both, but I haven't played many games on either account. I think lichess is doing a better job at evaluating new players, and chess.com is just trying to get more customers with their pay plans.

This guy has done some nice research on it.
