I do agree with the engine, it totally weakens e6, but +7, didn't expect that...

I dont know, but i dont see a reasonable way to protect e6, nor castling rights after losing it, and then after whites own castle, its looking ugly on first glance.

OMGWTFBBQ. You castled? On a 10 minute game, playing as white, as a 2000+ player, not seeking initiative and making a 5 seconds move just after the opponent got out of the book? What? And yet you posted it?

I really dont want to offend you, but come on man, we can only forgive those from sub 1400 or so. Of course everyone make mistakes, but at this level, mistakes like that are only due time trouble, and if not, you dont post them lol, you run it to the engine, accept the rookie mistake and move on.
