what rating is considered a good rating in all time formats

i have been trying to reach 2100 bullet for a while now but just cant seem to able to do it and in rapid i think 2200 is a good rating?

I think that 1850 Classical, 1800 Rapid, 1550 Blitz and 1450 Bullet are the lowest ratings for each time control considered as good. All ratings below them are more or less weak.

If you play just for fun, around 1500 is good.
1700 is decent and 2000 is the ultimate goal for an amateur but passionate chess player.
For a professional player, no idea, I'll leave it to the pros.
