I saw players having title of BOT but what is meaning of it. If I clicked on it , it is showing that they are chess robot. Is they Lichess created bots

Lichess makes it possible for developers, outside of Lichess, to create "bots" and connect them so that users can challenge and play against them.
You can find online bots via menu Community -> Players -> Online bots, https://lichess.org/player/bots
