What happens if two players end up with the same score in Titled Arena?

Hi, I've been wondering what happens in above mentioned instant. What things in what order are taken into consideration? Maybe there is an official draw? Maybe players have to play a rematch? I ask this question because in the latest tournament something peculiar happened:

Look at the score and then at that instant draw. Depending on how the draws are handled it may be either completely meaningless or it may appear as an attempt to make sure alireza can't draw so I'd like to have it clear.

(I don't know about the Titled Arena but) Normally in OTB tournaments the prize money is evenly split among players with an equal number of points, even if only one of them is declared the winner (by tiebreaks).

Note that Arka50 also benefited from the draw: he finished third, one point ahead of wizard98!

^Well, if what you described is how it actually works, then shouldn't both penguin and arka be publicly condemned for their despicable behaviour? I don't see it at all so there must be some other explanation right? Because if there is none then it means that not only two top ranked players acted terribly wrong, it also means that the entire community is completely oblivious to it and this may be even more worrying.

I'm still waiting for that other explanation.

EDIT: Ok, so i just find information that in case of draw performance score decide. penguin finished with 1 more point then alireza which means if he lost his match and alireza won his, alireza would be a winner or at least a further draw would occur. by drawing on purpose arka and penguin secured their positions which means that indeed the worst case scenario I described earlier seems to be real.

Despicable? I see nothing wrong with it. Even if one of them had tried to win, there wasn't enough time left - the other one could just wait it out until the end of the tournament without losing on time (in fact, the draw was agreed as soon as the tournament clock dropped below penguin's). Of course they drew, it was the only way either of them was going to get any points from the game.

If players have the same score, the tiebreaker in use is their respective performances.

@Vempele

It's despicable because they both got 1 point, when they should have gotten none. If they couldn't finish the game before the tournament ended, then that was that. Many others had ongoing games at the moment, yet they did not draw 12 moves into the game just to get some points.

That draw let Arka get 1 point ahead of Wizard, who might otherwise have gotten 3rd place if it would have been decided with a tiebreaker.

Also, what was Arka drawing for? 75 extra dollars? If that's it, then where's the spirit of chess? I play chess for the sake of playing, even if the tournament has prizes, and STILL would if I had a real chance of getting a prize. I would still play to the best of my ability of course, but I wouldn't use any tricks like that to get myself 1 place ahead.

Prize money > spirit of chess in a single bullet game (trying to do the same with 5 minutes left in the tournament would be questionable - and probably a bad idea since you'd ruin your streak). It's not like they made a 10-second draw in a 90+30 game. They played chess for 12 moves, saw that playing more chess wasn't going to lead to anything, and drew.

The same trick was available to everyone. UnVieuxMonsieur was possibly foolish to decline the draw in

(or not, if the draw offer was made after the end of the tournament, which was also when the position would have been objectively drawn).
