It seems that https://lichess.org/@/RandomMoverBot has some chance in ultrabullet.
Its ratings are way below 1500 in every category, but in ultrabullet it has a decent 1700 rating.
In a sense this proves, what I always believed, that ultrabullet is not chess any more. If you can play it with zero knowledge about difference between good and bad moves, and still score points, then it cannot be chess.
