I have just created a study in that i am unable to voice chat with my friends and to communicate about the positions and evaluation I marked to my study. Even though my friends are online in Lichess, I dont know why. is there any problem with lichess study voice chat.

You can't tell by remote diagnosis, what could be the reason why the voice chat is not working. Maybe it's because not everyone clicked on the phone icon. Everyone who wants to take part in the voice chat must click on it.

Yes me and my friends clicked the phone icon at the same time but still its not working. I don't know why.
maybe your volume is 0?
I tried it once with a friend. Back then it worked. As I said, it is hard to make a remote diagnosis.
