Totally, if you are not used to play OTB the switch from 2d to board is noticeable. I try to play OTB games from time to time to counteract my 2d games. However, in short time controls beyond 5 minutes I find the switch particularly hard. @BasedBishop did the 2d to 3d board geometry change help you getting adjusted?
