Visualization - New Chess Training Method

Hello Lichess enjoyers,

I'm FM Mircea Talu, some of you might know me from twitch :), and I want to talk to you about a new approach to chess improvement. Do you ever feel like you lack confidence when you calculate lines in a game? Do you often forget your pieces' location and have to go back to replay the line in your head?
Over the past few months I've been in contact with a very enthusiastic Australian under the name of Aiden Rayner. Aiden is the founder of DontMoveUntilYouSeeIt, a chess platform dedicated to players who seek to improve their visualization.
Aiden first contacted me in August 2022 and we had a brief discussion about his new approach. I must admit that I was skeptical at first, as I have never heard of this method and it wasn't something popular at the time.
I decided to give it a try on my stream, together with Aiden and my viewers, and I was very surprised with the results. My viewers were very engaged with the different types of exercises and I could see all the positive reviews left by players.
This, together with positive reinforcement from other titled players (some of them you might also know from twitch, like FM John Curtis, my favorite streamer :D ), has led me to throw my support behind this initiative, as I truly believe it targets an area of your game that is criminally overlooked.
You can look up the platform at my personalized page : https://dontmoveuntilyousee.it/mircea?aff=47 . If you have any questions or if you need any guidance using the platform, feel free to send me a message and I'll reply as soon as possible.
DISCLAIMER: I am aware of the fact that this looks like a promotional post and yes, I am an affiliate of the platform. However, I would not risk my reputation in the chess community for something that I don't believe in. I truly believe that visualization will become a key training tool once people start to notice its value.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I wish you all a great day! :)

Best regards,
FM Mircea Talu

Hi, yes, of course. CTE is one type of exercise, it means Couple-Too-Early. Like a regular Chess puzzle, except the image you see is a bit early. Follow along with the audio to get to the position with the tactic! Good luck, Bandit! :)

Be interesting to see if an old dog can learn a new trick. Might give the five day thing a go, :-)

Maybe so...but it still looks like a promotional post. ;)
