I created a chess variant that is a remake of an old game called Kung Fu Chess, where all the pieces can move at once, but have to wait a few seconds before they can move again.

This is the funniest idea I have seen in a while. Unfortunately nobody is playing right now, how can I try it out? Can I play against an engine too?

Also I had a very similar idea once for chess, are you a programmer? I basically thought about a game where you have to always premove, but there still are turns. Could you implement a gamemode like this one? Where you have to move pieces, but you always have to opt in your move before knowing what the other side will play? So you basically always need to define your next two moves when seeing a position.

I'm online and should be for most of the day there are a few active players on and off, it's still in beta so hopefully there will be more players when I announce it more.

Does someone have trouble moving the pieces? I've tried to play 3 games, and barely could move a pawn, or a piece, weirdly if one of my pieces somehow reached the 4th rank, I could move them normally, only in one game I was able to even move a minor piece.
I'm using brave on a desktop PC
