Using chessbase during live games

Regardless what we discuss here, I flagged the clickbait video as a violation of YouTube's terms of service:

This is bullying because the video creator is irresponsibly making vague defamatory claims. For decades chess journalists have used the word "cheat" to describe gaining an unfair advantage; words have meanings and no disclaimer changes that.

@Toadofsky YouTube doesn't care unless it's a copyright report. Only like 1000 bullying reports are gonna do something.

That's definitely a violation of rules and should involve ban. Also there was a sound that chessbase produces when an illegal move is made. Pretty sad to see such cases, of people streaming and at the same time trying to fool opponents/audience.
If he was playing a training game with his friend, and they agreed they could use chessbase/books/whatever, it would be okay, but then it was worth telling the audience what was going on.

I agree using chessbase during a game should involve a ban because if you know that many grandmasters played this line you will too and could give you a good advantage.

He should be banned by license because of using chessbase.

Exactly. Should CLEARLY be banned

My opinion on this is that he is an IM, and should know more about chess than the rest of us. Because he is a coach as well, he is setting a bad example for everyone. He should be banned, and not given only a warning.

@IMAndrasToth don't ignore this, what do you think?
