Today I got refunded points from three separate ultra bullet cheaters -That blew my mind. How in the world is it possible to cheat in 15 seconds and still win?....

This topic has been broached many times. It is possible to cheat at any time control. The "notion" that engine use is more prevalent, easier to do in longer time controls is uneducated.
Educate yourself if you're interested. You fail to realize the forums is NOT A PLACE to discuss methods for very many obvious reasons. Take a wild guess why this is so.

Seriously Rick... A topic on how to cheat ?? You have any sense upstairs?
I'm not asking how to cheat. I'm shocked that's it's possible. I always thought it was impossible to at 1/4 games and that I would be guaranteed to be safe from cheaters. That's why I play a lot of bullet so I don't have to be suspicious of people I'm playing.

Off course I don't have any hard evidence, but since bullet is most likely the most popular time control with the most games I think it's safe to say. Percentage wise, I do not have a clue, but knowing it's in fact very easy to cheat at bullet, I made the assumption that with more players equals the probability the total #'s are higher than longer time controls with far fewer players.
