Training a chess AI in the background using stockfish, is it safe to play or shut it down first?

As the title says, I am trying to judge how likely it is if I have a python process running in the background that is playing against stockfish that my account will get flagged. To be safe I will try to remember to shut it down while playing on lichess, but I'm also very forgetful sometimes hence the question.

lichess runs in your browser, right? if something running inside your browser can detect a python process running on your os in the background, you should probably use a different browser.

so ur training the AI to get better at chess? I would download a random browser like firefox or something, and use stockfish without being logged in to lichess. then u can have it constantly running without affecting ur account.
