TopBar Menu is back! Thanks to greasemonkey!
Currently it doesn't handle with light theme. I didn't find a class that apply the right background.
Another care about it is that it is not internationalized.

That's soooo slick.
I honestly think this should partially replace the current menu, and relegate less important functions to the menu button.
One improvement that can be made: it should inherit the CSS from the theme as much as possible, because it looks really out of place in the light theme right now. :P

In the dropdown, could it have the four main forums?
Also, under "Play", "games" doesn't do anything :O

As someone who isn't a fan of the new menu, I'd like to point that we shouldn't have to use js hacks like this to get the top-menu back, if people want it back -- it would be nice to just have an option to enable it in user preferences.
I think what peeves me most is the removal of "Online Players from the top-menu"; if it suddenly froze, I'd know immediately that I'd been disconnected, rather than just waiting for "Reconnecting".

Added background color menu for light/dark theme.
Added the new hierarchy menu and the previous one as optional. (Switch the setting true/false)
Forum part: Uses the full width of the site when you are on the forum which involves hiding the useless and empty sidebar and the logo.
Tournament part: Added feature to always be rated selected when make new tournament.
