I started playing chess 2ish years ago, but only got back into it a few months ago. I feel like I've got some good progress (almost 1300 in my favorite time control) but I want to improve, maybe even to the level of a titled player. Can anybody give me some tips?

Play one time control only.
Use all the time allowed by that time control.
Most chess games are essentially decided by move 30.
So in a 30+0 time control you should think about 60 seconds/move.
Enable move confirmation in your profile: think about your move, play it, check it is no blunder, confirm.
