I was playing vs. leonidbondarenko69. I got an advantage and he did not move till the time expired. When his counter reached zero, the system changed the view... my counter turned to zero and I lost the game. Is that a bug? Is that a hack?

If it's a bug and you can reproduce it you should open an issue at lila repository https://github.com/ornicar/lila/issues

Most likely your connection was lost, so Lichess could not send you the opponent's move - this would mean that from your perspective you don't see them making a move, until they appear to time out, at which point the page is forced to refresh, and you will see that the server was waiting for you to make a move, and your time was going down and hit 0. Not a hack at all.

You probably lost connection to the server, so your opponent's last move did not reach you.
This may be related to a server restart.
Did you see an orange warning bottom left about server restart?
If you see such a warning it is prudent not to start a new game.
After a restart you can refresh your page.

I had the same issue when I was in a Swiss tournament which is
https://lichess.org/zNkCQ00oHD3N
I was winning but Lichess server restarted or sometimes server timed out or you connection lost will happen so that's not bug or hack. (But this game is caused of Lichess server timed out like everyone experiencing that issue while playing in the tourney).

No notification and no move by the opponent... it looks just like the server did not receive my move, but on my screen everything was ok

The problem is that your board and your clocks are local on your computer. So it seems as if everything is OK, but the move did not get through.
