The Rarest Move in Chess: Help me Find it please.

  1. Bishop promotion. I'm seeking a game in which a player
both promotes their pawn to a bishop and the move is recognized as the best by Chess Engines. Ideally an example game would be fantastic.

I am NOT seeking novelty moves such as:

  1. A promotion to bishop which creates a diaganol checkmate which could have been accomplished by promoting to queen.
  2. A promotion to bishop which is done just for whimsy, especially i.e. a player can just as easily win by promoting to other pieces, or winning a game with less moves. Especially if they are already up on material and are simply toying with their opponent.

Scenario:
I am probably seeking a close but aggressive game in which promoting to bishop keeps moving players tempo while preventing a stalemate. Perhaps allowing checkmate on coinciding move.

I had 1 bishop so I promoted to one more bishop to checkmate with a pair. But I don't remember the game.

There was an agadmator video on a game in which u had to promote to bishop to prevent draw. I forgot the video, but I remember the position. Here is the FEN - 4Q3/Pq4pk/5p1p/5P1K/6PP/8/8/8 w - - 0 1
