Hi guys! I was just solving a puzzle and I realized that the answer was a double check + mate at the same time. Lichess notates it the same way as a normal checkmate and I was wondering if there was a specific notation for double check or double check and mate.

I have seen people use "+ +" before...but a mate's a mate.

The official description of algebraic notation in FIDE rules does not have a specific symbol for double check, only "+" for check and "++" or "#" for checkmate. But all of these are optional so that you don't have to use any and it will still be correct.
