BY WHOM YOU LEARNED CHESS? AND HOW DID YOU GOT IDEA TO LEARN CHESS I MEAN YOUR MOTIVOTION TO PLAY CHESS?

I LEARNED CHESS FROM MY GRANDFATHER AND ALSO IN INDIA THERE IS A FESTIVAL CALL RAKSHABANDHAN IN THAT FESTIVAL I GOT CHESS AS A GIFT SO
I WANT TO LEARN CHESS AND

ONE FUNNY THINK WAS WHEN I AM GETTING READY TO LEARN CHESS FIRST TIME WITH MY GRANDFATHER HE WAS BUSY SO I TOOK MY COUSIN TO PLAY CHESS HE WAS 5 YRS OLDER THAN ME AND MY AGE WAS 7 SO IN THIS AGE I MOSTLY KNOW THE GAME OF DICE LIKE SNAKES AND LADDERS SO I FIRST TIME I WAS PLAYING TILL I KNOW CHESS HOW TO PLAY (I DONT KNOW HOW TO PLAY CHESS AT THAT TIME WITH MY COUSIN) I PLAYED BY DICE
THEN HE TELL ME THAT CHESS CANT BE PLAYED BY DICE AND I STOPPED AND WENT TO BEDROOM.

My Grandfather taught me the very basics of chess alone i.e how the peices move.

I figured out and learnt the rest by myself.

I learned chess on Lichess... Before that I was playing chess, but rarely, once in a month or twice in a month, I don't remember very well....My Grandpa gave me the chess board as a gift and I was wondering how we can even play on this ? So he explained me every single piece and steps to checkmate...When I learned how to play chess, unfortunately, he passed away 😔And after a few years, ( In 2020) my cousin told me to join here so that we both could play and then I started taking lessons from @LeninPerez He created study for chess and teaches in a fun way so that we won't forget anything! I'm still learning....
