I often use the "Play position against computer" button after solving a puzzle to see if I can hang on to whatever advantage the puzzle ends at. While this is one of the most helpful functions here, I don't know how to turn up the engine strength so it doesn't play huge errors. Most times, it plays quite well, but occasionally I'll see it play a move that's tantamount to resignation without resignation. Things like just leaving a piece En-pris in one ply during an endgame when clearly there's still a long drawn out endgame ahead.
Is there any way to make the computer play as accurately as possible?
