You have to be a twitch affiliate to receive money. For that, there are many requirements. I don't think you have met all of them @Beginner_IM

AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY
The criteria for Affiliates is likely to change as we develop the program. At launch we invited non partnered broadcasters who have:

At least 500 total minutes broadcast in the last 30 days
At least 7 unique broadcast days in the last 30 days
An average of 3 concurrent viewers or more over the last 30 days
At least 50 Followers
Within a few weeks after your channel becomes eligible, you will be invited via email and in the Notification Area in the upper right corner of twitch.tv.

we pay 9dollars for subscription. we get half shares of it. that is, twitch takes 4.5 dollars and we get 4.5 dollars
