@Raptor-5 ok so if everyone deserves to hear it. Does that mean you get to put a gun to peoples head and force them to create threads they would have otherwise chose not to because there would be functionally no difference!
And people have been choosing who they invite to discussions since the beginning of time. The forums here in Lichess are not some grand arbiter of the truth out there in the world, so if they use it to keep dissenting voices out of their threads who cares. People should be able to choose who they wish to surround themselves with and who they don’t want in their life. This would encourage people to remain respectful even in disagreement, because if you burn too many bridges you won’t have anyone to talk to here
