Some pieces stop showing

First, I do not have blindfold chess on. This seems to be a rendering issue. I use google Chrome and frequently come here to do puzzles. Most often, all pieces seem to be showing(but I cannot be sure). Once in a while, like a moment ago, I'll lose a puzzle and wonder how. So I'll examine it from the beginning of the game and notice that one or two or more pieces simply do not show. This carries out through the game to the point the puzzle position is shown. The only way to show them is to refresh the page but when you are doing puzzles, who want to refresh the page every puzzle?

To make things worse, this seems to carry over to the next puzzles. If for whatever reason, I solve the puzzle that is not showing some pieces, those pieces will also not show in the next puzzle. This can get progressively worse as time goes on and the page isn't refresh.

In short, it gets tiresome losing puzzles because you aren't shown all the pieces.

Again, blindfolded chess is not on in any capacity. Also, this has happened in legit games as well but since we start from the beginning, I can see some pieces missing and just refresh the page. But, sometimes, coming back to a correspondence game, they will disappear again.

It can be just a single pawn here and there to some pawns and a knight to the king himself not showing. Those are the times it is obvious something is up. In fact, that's how I usually catch it; every game has two kings so obviously we're missing pieces at that point. I'm assuming most times, I don't catch it.

Although more rare, sometimes pieces will partially render; some shading will render or perhaps the outline will render without being filled in, etc.
If I catch it again, I will try to share a video.
Here is a video. I was able to catch it just hours later. It seems to happen more often than I thought when I actually look for it.

I think what I'm going to do is switch graphics for my pieces and see if that stops it. After a couple days, if all is well, I'll switch back and see if it starts up again. In fact, I'll do a litany of tests. It's open source so there is nothing stopping me from debugging myself, is there? I don't want to cross any lines or anything.
This might not help but can you try to right click then hit inspect element then click the "console" tab and check if there is some errors there? Like an error in loading some image or something?
Absolutely. It may help. Next time I catch it, I'll open up my inspection window and poke around in there a bit. I haven't caught it since the video, but I'm sure it will happen again. I will keep you posted.
So, I have managed to catch it and check the elements. I didn't find anything useful, unfortunately. It happens so often in puzzles that my score is suffering terribly. I'm out of ideas. I use Chrome. Not sure if that helps. With me being the only case, I'm not sure if a solution can be found. Unless someone can replicate it, I'm out of luck. Puzzles will be off limits to be, I guess.
I raised this topic a couple of times, „invisible bishops“ and so on.

After some days it stops normally. I am using Chrome as well, no prob on iPhone and iPad.
Same here; no issues on my mobile. I just prefer the larger screen on my PC. I'm using Windows 10 and Chrome. Did you get an update for chrome, reinstall, anything like that?
Today's the day were out of a sudden the two white bishops are not visible. All other 30 pieces are there.
