So many accounts with 3000+ rating that dont have title

I mean everything should be the opposite. Because titled players have titles because they think a lot in positions. And you almost never see people who are more than 3000 in rapid or classical. So technically , more untitled players should be 3000+. Idk tell me if my theory is wrong :)

especially considering how most have >300 rated games in their accounts.

I get so pissed off every time I cross 3000 and get smacked down by the titleless!

When a 3000+ players plays with me, I can't move and I'm scared! so never wins a game with them :(
