should i report if im not sure but suspicious about my opponent cheating?

i had a game his moves wasnt top engine but very suspicious play style, i analyzed his other games very often in the opening he does a lot of random and bad moves then suddenly gain advantage , as i said i cant say he 100% cheater but he didnt felt like human.
didnt find answer to my auestion in FAQ

Yes please use lichess.org/report and argue the best you can. If it's not just based on dumb accuracy metrics then it is better than the average report, even if it's not agreed on
