Video is a bit long. So for those of you that don't want to watch the whole thing to get to the relevant part. "W's attack was too strong against B. W was stomping all over B's defenses. B's king will soon fall."
This got someone's video banned for hate speech.
This is a good example of why speech shouldn't be policed, let alone by AI.
I simply cannot stop laughing.

Hate speech can definitely be policed #2, but definitely not solely by the crappy algorithm that Youtube has. This proves a well-established point: that context is very important, hence human review is vital.

There's a simple answer. If you don't like what someone has to say feel free not to read it.
Kind of an unnecessarily hostile response to what I said (which mostly agreed with you too...).
Also, if everyone ignored everything that disagreed with their views, no progress would ever be made.

If you read something hostile into his comment then you probably are not a good judge of whether or not speech should be policed. 😂
Well, if I say something that agrees with him on the main point of the video (that there needs to be more human oversight and less algorithm work in hate-speech detection), and he decides to respond with "If you don't like what someone has to say feel free not to read it". How is that not slightly hostile?
